Turetsky Choir Art Group is a Russian musical art group under the direction of Mikhail Turetsky that consists of ten men with unique voices in the diapason of four and a half octaves: from the lowest voice basso profondo to the highest voice - countertenor or tenor altino (which is equivalent to female soprano voice). They succeeded in creation of an exceptional format of the show by combining different styles: classic music and folklore, opera and rock, rock’n’roll and jazz, spirituals and pop.
The art group started performances in 1990 as a choir singing Jewish liturgical and folk music in the philharmonic halls, and in 2 years’ won the international recognition thanks to the conductor’s talent, unique voices of soloists and exceptional format of the show. They soon became a recognizable brand: Mikhail Turetsky’s brand.

Chloé Pourmorady is Persian-American violinist, vocalist, and composer. With a commitment to creating collaboration and cultural exchange through music, Chloé performs and writes music in a multitude of traditions and styles. She is most influenced by the rich musical language of her Persian and Jewish roots, and by the spirit of the countries to which she’s traveled.
Chloé holds two Independent Music Awards and is the founder of the First Generation Project. When she is not performing she is a devoted violin teacher, student, and long-time yogi.
